What is Porukam
Porukam turns a verbal agreement into a clear contract with stages, evidence and reputation. No lawyers, no fees, and the money never passes through the platform.
Who it is for
For anyone who does work on order or orders it: renovation, design, development, lessons, photo, transport, selling things, rent, loans between people. For two people, a person and a sole trader, the self-employed.
How it works
You create a contract from a ready form, split the work into stages, invite the other party by @handle. Both sides sign. Then every stage is delivered and accepted by a checklist, and every fact — signing, delivery, acceptance, dispute — is recorded and goes into both reputations.
What the platform does not do
It never holds or moves money — you settle directly the way you chose. It does not store your original files — only their fingerprints. It does not sell your data and shows no ads.
Groups
A group is a shared address for a team or community: a guild (a standing professional community that vouches for each other's quality), a clan (a project team of 3–20), a community (an open interest group) or a company showcase. A group has its own @handle, logo, field and geography, a public card with its members, and every member's profile shows where they belong. Contracts are still made between people — the group helps you find each other and show the team.
Reputation built on facts
A reputation card is assembled from completed deals, not from reviews anyone can write about anyone.
